My (re)vision of a Federation Navy Helios HUD (or whatever ships they have)

A shout out and big thank you to *ionstorm01 [link] for making several colored frame templates for the picture viewer.

Based off of an already existing awesome EVE theme by ~Thyself. I just added a few other elements from other skins to my liking. Still trying to work things in because the original package was for either a 1366x768 or 1920x1080 screens. I have a lowly 1600x900 laptop so I opted to use the 1366x768 layout as well as the wallpaper for that resolution and just manually moved things around, then I took out a few things and added some elements from other skins. (note: I did use that round status gauge you see on the bottom from the 1920x1080 folder just because it was bigger and looked cool) I also used two of ~embolon's picture viewer with the new color frames by *ionstorm01. [Top (red) 'screen' shows the Dust 514 ground forces / battle. Bottom (blue) 'screen is the commander's friend back at base...lol] Text on the picture viewers have not been finalized so it shows some text relevant to Evangelion. It's still a WIP.

Partial credits below, full credits for all elements used will follow once everything gets put together and finalized. Thanks to all the artists and creators of all the Rainmeter elements used.
